Sign in Screen
  • To sign in,
    • a. Select the Sign in tab and enter the registered Email and Password. Tap Sign in.
  • To create a new user account,
    • a. Tap the Create account tab.
    • b. Specify the required details.
    • c. To capture a picture of the hauler’s license, tap .
      • i. Choose Photo popup will be shown.
      • To choose an image from the gallery, tap .
      • To capture a picture of the license using the device’s camera, tap .
    • d. Check the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
      • i. Tap the Terms and conditions link to view the details.
    • e. Tap Submit.
  • To retrieve a forgotten password,
    • a. Tap the Forgot password? link.
    • b. Enter the registered email address.
    • c. Tap Done.
Pre-Home Screen
  • 1. This screen is shown only on accessing the app for the first time on the device.
  • 2. To access the Home screen, tap .
  • 3. To view the app’s Terms and Conditions, tap .
  • 4. To provide the PayPal details, tap .
How To: Accept a Service Area
  • 1. A first-time user will be shown a notification stating that a service area has been allotted to him/her.
  • 2. After this notification, theAccept/Reject popup with the details of the allotted service areas will be shown.
    • a. To accept the allotted service area, tap Accept.Hauler will have 15 minutes to accept service area before it is assigned to another Hauler.
      • i. A map of the hauler's service area will be shown. The locations for picking up trash in the area will be indicated using .
    • b. To reject the allotted service area, tap Reject.
      • i. The rejected service area will be allocated to another hauler considering the rating and location of hauler.
How To: Mark Completion and Rate the User
  • 1. On the Home screen, tap
  • 2. The Trash Collection Details pop-up will be shown.
    • a. Completed: After the trash is picked up, tap this button.
    • b. An option to rate the home user will be shown.
      • i. Note: If the home user is not rated within 24 hours of confirmation of pickup, the home user gets the default rating of 5 stars.
How To: View Request History
  • 1. Select the icon on the tab bar.
  • 2. The Request History screen will be shown, having two tabs for viewing Pending and Completed requests.
    • a. By default, the pending tab will be shown.
  • 3. Specify the duration using the Calendar options.
  • 4. The Service Areas allotted within that period will be shown.
  • 5. To view the requests in a service area, tap the corresponding disclosure icon.
  • 6. Tap the Completed tab to view the service areas for which all the requests have been completed.
    • a. To view the requests in a service area, tap the corresponding disclosure icon.
      • i. Send Receipt: Tap this button to view the form which is used to enter the receipt, price and weight details from the dump. After the receipt is sent, the button changes to View Receipt.
How To: Manage My Account
  • Select the icon on the tab bar.
  • 1. How To: Edit Profile details
    • a. On the My Account screen, select the Edit Profile icon.
    • b. The current profile will be shown.
    • c. Make the required modifications and save.
  • 2. How To: Enter PayPal details
    • a. On the My Account screen, select the Enter/Edit PayPal Details icon.
    • b. The current details will be shown.
    • c. Make the required entries/modifications and save.
    • d. To create new PayPal account, tap the respective link.
  • 3. How To: View Transaction History
    • a. On the My Account screen, select the Transaction History icon.
    • b. The Transaction History screen will be shown.
    • c. Specify the duration using the Calendar options.
    • d. The transactions within that period will be shown.
    • e. To view a transaction’s details, select it.
  • 4. How To: Set the Availability of hauler
    • a. On the My Account screen, set the option to ON.
    • b. The hauler will be allotted service areas only if this option is set to ON.Hauler will have 15 minutes to accept service area before it is assigned to another Hauler.
How To: Logout from the app
  • 1. Tap the icon on the tab bar.
  • 2. Login will be required at the next access.

How To: Post Weekly Request for current location
  • 1. On the Home screen, tap .
  • 2. TheWeekly Pickup Request screen will be shown.
  • 3. Location: Select Home.
    • a. Since “Home” is selected, the address specified in the profile will be considered as the trash pickup location.
  • 4. No. of trash cans: Select the number of trash cans to be cleared.
  • 5. Tap to calculate the total price for hauling the trash, and submit the request.
  • 6. On confirmation of the submission, a weekly service date will be assigned and the trash should be kept out by 6 a.m. on the specified weekday. This weekday will be considered as the weekly trash service day. Even if the trash is kept or not, charges will be incurred for the weekly pickups.
How To: Post Weekly Request for other locations
  • 1. On the Home screen, tap on the icon.
  • 2. The Weekly Pickup Request screen will be shown.
  • 3. Location: Select Other (Specify).
  • 4. Enter the location’s details.
  • 5. No. of trash cans: Select the number of trash cans.
  • 6. Tap to calculate the total price of hauling the trash, and submit the request.
  • 7. On confirmation of the submission, a weekly service date will be assigned and the trash should be kept out by 6 a.m. on the specified weekday. This weekday will be considered as the weekly trash service day. Even if the trash is kept or not, charges will be incurred for the weekly pickups.
How To: Post On Demand pickup request for current location
  • 1. On the Home screen, tap .
  • 2. The On Demand Pickup Request screen will be shown.
  • 3. Location: Select Home.
    • a. Since “Home” is selected, the address specified in the profile will be considered as the trash pickup location.
  • 4. Tap the Calendar . icon and select the date for trash removal.
  • 5. No. of trash cans: Select the number of trash cans to be cleared.
  • 6. No. of large items: Select the number of large items that need to be cleared.
  • 7. Tap to calculate the total price of hauling the trash, and submit the request.
  • 8. The On demand requests that are submitted before 5 p.m. will be serviced the following available service day. Request submitted after 5 p.m. will be serviced two service days after the request is made, starting at 6 a.m.

  • 3. Location: Select Other (Specify).
  • 4. Tap the Calendar icon and select the date.

  • 7. No. of large items: Select the number of large items that need to be cleared.
  • 8. Tap to calculate the total price of hauling the trash, and submit the request.
  • 9. The On demand requests that are submitted before 5 p.m. will be serviced the following available service day. Request submitted after 5 p.m. will be serviced two service days after the request is made, starting at 6 a.m.
How To: Confirmation Trash Pickup and Rate the Hauler
  • 1. When the hauler picks up the trash, a Confirm and Rate the Pickup pop up will be shown.
  • 2. Tap the stars to rate the hauler.
    • a. Note: If the hauler is not rated within 24 hours of confirmation of pickup, the hauler gets the default rating of 5 stars.
How To: Provide Credit Card information
  • 1. Tap on the Home screen and provide the credit card info.
  • 2. In another instance, if a pickup option is selected without providing credit card details, an alert will be shown. Tap OK in the alert and provide the credit card details.
How To: Claim Refund
  • 1. On the Home screen, tap .
  • 2. The Claim Refund screen will be shown.
  • 3. Tap the Camera icon and take a picture of the unattended trash can.
  • 4. Enter the Request ID and a description.
  • 5. Tap Submit.
  • 6. All refund requests must be submitted by 7 p.m. on day of the requested service itself. Requests for refund after 7 p.m. will not be considered eligible.
